What is the turn around time on orders?We normally get orders out the same day they are received. Orders, received after noon pacific time, are usually processed the following day. You also have the option of holding your order, if you have placed an order for custom charms and want your shipment to go out complete. (We can always send the bulk of the order and mail the custom charms a few days later too.) To top
Are these the "real" Italian charms?Our charms are imported from Italy, use 18k gold and are soldered not glued. We also have Italy coat the charms with a non-yellowing epoxy which helps the enamel stay on the charm and keeps the whole thing looking new. To top
What is the minimum order?There is no minimum order. If you want to purchase one charm that’s fine. If you purchase 3 you can receive a free starter bracelet or a free charm key. Your choice. To top
How do I care for my bracelet?Treat your bracelet like you would any fine jewelry. Sonic cleaning is always best but if one is not available you can use a toothbrush and baking soda with warm water. Never leave you charm bracelet in the direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. (Like on the dash of your car, the sunlight can cause some of the enamels to fade.)
Only use your fingers or charm tools for adding and removing charms to your bracelet. Using anything else (pins, needles, forks, etc.) can damage your links and will void our return policy. To top
What is CJC’s return policy?We will accept a return for manufacturers’ defects. (Enamel sloppy or missing, uneven on link, charm popped off, etc.) All returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA contact us. (See question #1) We will refuse all returns without an RMA and/or which show obvious signs of abuse. (see question #5)

What are my shipping options?We normally ship your charms priority mail ($6) (signature required).
We can use your shipping account (FedEx or UPS) and if we do, merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Be sure to let us know if you prefer this option. To top

Lasers take 24 hours. True Colors take 5-7 days.
