We carefully inspect each charm before we ship it to you.  Our quality assurance starts when we receive charms from our manufacturers.  Your order is triple checked for accuracy and quality, so most most problems are dealt with before you even see your charms.  If you do find manufacturers defects we will gladly issue an RMA and exchange the itemWe return charms to them if we see even a slight blemish.  We guarantee exchanges from you if you find even the slightest blemish. Our Promise of Rapid Shipment

Our goal is to process and ship your charms the same day we receive your order. If your order is received by our office after noon, (pacific time) it will be processed the next day. During the holidays the cut-off time is 10am pacific.

We use reliable fulfillment software and a custom made tracking form to process your order from start to finish, whether it comes from a Web order, over the phone (fax), or in person. Our staff, pride themselves on helping in whatever way is necessary, often going above and beyond normal protocols.

We always send an email or fax when your package leaves our facility. Included in the email is the tracking number, when you should expect the package, how it was shipped, the invoice number, the total cost, and what, if anything you are missing. (We have a 98% fill rate) We’ll also tell you when we expect to send your special orders if they are shipping separately.
